The Opportunity
Aditude is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will drive our publisher growth strategy by building relationships with media companies, website owners, and ad technology vendors. Your work will help expand Aditude's publisher network and enhance monetization opportunities through our ad tech platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with online publishers to maximize their revenue opportunities.
- Educate the market on Aditude’s multi-product solution suite and software-first approach to publisher monetization.
- Represent Aditude at multiple conferences per year, host dinners and events, and travel to build our brand in the market.
- Develop strategies for onboarding new publishers and ensure seamless integration with our platform.
- Optimize publisher engagement to drive revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective publishers, offering support and solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure superior outcomes and ongoing company growth.
- Stay informed on digital advertising trends and be a thought leader in our space.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Publisher Development, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven success in building publisher relationships and optimizing ad revenue.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technology and the digital media industry at large.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where we think in hours and days not weeks and monthsÂ
- Skills in software-focused or other “zero sum” sales.Â
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and strong negotiation skills.
