With over 1600 sites and apps using our tech, we currently have over 1 trillion ads served to date, and over 1 billion ad impressions daily. The Opportunity
Aditude is looking for a Senior Ad Operations Manager who lives, breathes, and dreams about improving efficiencies. This person will be working hand-in-hand with the CEO and Aditude clients to ensure all necessary tests are carried out each day. This person should be a critical thinker, extremely detail oriented and prepared for a startup atmosphere. Having a very deep understanding of how Prebid functions and how to debug it is an absolute must.
Some challenges you’ll tackle:
- Work with publishers to create wrappers across platformsÂ
- Conduct timely client onboarding
- Organize all incoming client requests across teams (ad ops, rev ops, engineering, product) and assist in the prioritization of tasks.
- Setup A/B tests for new clients to measure lift of advertising solutions.
- Train junior ad operations team on wrapper creation, client interaction etiquette, and ad ops best practices.
- Ensure smooth deployments of all integrations with client websites – organize the review of each release from an ad ops perspective: did the release do what was expected and are the results what were expected
The skillset
- 4+ years of ad operations experience
- Comfortable interacting with external stakeholders
- Well versed in Google Ad Manager, including, but not limited to:
- Order, line item and creative setup
- Protections and target CPM best practices
- Reporting and reporting automation
- Key values and dimensions
- Prebid variables and reporting
- Experience with Prebid wrapper creation and knowledge of best practicesÂ
- Ability to complete live web page analysis to ensure Prebid is functioning as expected
- Understanding of Google Force Console and how to test for bugs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to haves:
- Previous publisher experienceÂ
- Relationships at major SSPs and DSPs
- Direct sales experience
- Existing publisher relationshipsÂ
- Basic CSS and JS editing ability for debugging purposes
- Familiar with JIRA
